Healthy Eating Habits for Littles

Healthy eating can be fun and colorful! Think of bright fruit bowls, fun veggies, and smoothies that are just as pretty as they are good for you. Sweets and treats are delicious of course, but processed foods are not good for our minds and bodies. Ensure you are balancing your diet with fresh fruit and vegetables every day. Set yourself a challenge to eat at least 2 pieces of fruit and 3 serves of vegetables every single day! Don't forget to keep hydrated! Water, water & more water! Aim to drink at least 6-8 glasses each day.

Physical Activity Fun

Move that body! Physical activity doesn’t have to be boring and hard. Whether it’s dancing to your favorite songs, taking a walk with your favorite stuffie or dog, or playing outside... moving your body is an important part of staying healthy and happy! Challenge yourself to do 30mins of physical activity every day to stay your healthiest little self! Starting your day with a good 10mins of stretching can really get the blood moving and make you feel great!

Keeping Tidy

Having a clean, organized space isn't just about keeping things in order — it’s about creating an environment that feels safe, comforting, and inspiring. Whether you're tidying up your play area, organizing your plushies, or setting up a cozy nook for relaxation, maintaining an organized space can help clear your mind and bring a sense of calm and control.

Keeping your space clean and organized doesn’t mean everything has to be perfect. It’s about creating a place that feels good to you — one that reflects your personality, your creativity, and your little self. Remember, even little steps toward organization can make a big difference in how you feel! We will regularly share tips and challenges to help you keep organised and feeling your best little self!

Routines help us feel grounded and safe. Whether it’s brushing your teeth in the morning, making your bed, or having a cozy wind-down routine before bed, these little actions bring big benefits. The perfect routine will look different for everyone. We will add regular articles and tips on creating a healthy routine in our newsletters and social communities. Establishing simple routines can help bring a sense of calm and security to littles.
